Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all vacuum-sealed bags and desiccant packs, to ensure the filament remains moisture-free during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Once our technical team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
